Would you consider a vow renewal? It is such a beautiful way to reaffirm your love and commitment to one another. It doesn't matter how long you have been together, you can choose an anniversary or anytime really, to share how you have grown as a couple and your journey thus far.
Melissa and Spencer had known each other since grade five and started dating in high school. They dated for six years before having their big traditional church wedding in 2017. Fast forward three years and this lovely couple chose to exchange vows once again in a romantic setting in gorgeous Kananaskis Country. Melissa wore a stunning A-line dress with some greenery in her long red hair and her flowers drew in the colours from the scenery around them. They exchanged vows in a pretty meadow with water, trees and mountains behind them. They read their hand written vows from a charming little booklet titled his and hers from Bella Dolce Weddings & Events. After the vow ceremony, we headed to a vista overlooking the meadow for some amazing photo's. The backdrop was breathtaking and we were surrounded by wild flowers. After setting out a blanket and having them sit, I noticed a black bear out of the corner of my eye! Somehow without saying word about it, I calmly got everyone up and quickly headed towards the car and then told them what had happened! Phew! That was intense! Sometimes nature controls our shoots!
Melissa and Spencer are so smitten with each other and it warms my heart to see how they look at one another. The middle of their love story was beautiful to witness and we wish them many chapters to come.
