"Writing from Singapore here! - I initiated correspondence with plenty of local photographers from around Banff but Krystal was my #1 top pick! She had great vibes (from her IG stories and our zoom calls), was extremely responsive and also a marvelous hand in advising on the surprise, time and place for the best views/feels of the lake.
I listened and took on her evening suggestion with slight apprehension (I originally wanted sunrise, as would most haha) but that turned out to be the best thing I could have hoped for. The crowd was nowhere to be seen and we had the rockpiles and lake all to ourselves! And boy I must say, the lake just hits different when you are all alone with it. With that, my fiancée and I had close to little inhibitions and we could be in our own elements.
Mind you my fiancée has never spent an extended period of time in front of the lens but Krystal made her feel at ease and sparkle throughout the 2 hours. Krystal expertly orchestrated our photoshoot with a gentle hand to guide us in expressing ourselves.
