Winter Wonderland - Banff National Park Wedding

We had the honor of photographing a beautiful wedding in Banff, Alberta Canada for Sarah and Graham. The ceremony was done in a gorgeous Catholic Church - St. Mary's Parish on October 6th. The day was stunning in every way possible.

Fall weddings are some of my favorite, but this particular day we had snow on the ground. We got the best of both worlds! Sarah and Graham were not afraid to brave the elements to make sure we were able to capture their love beautifully. Even their family came out in the snow to celebrate them. Don’t you love the way the snow refreshes everything? It’s like a blanket covering the world saying: “The slate is wiped clean and you get a new beginning.” And that is exactly what the day was for Sarah and Graham. The beginning of the rest of their lives. I just love the imagery.

The simplicity and elegance of Sarah’s dress was jaw dropping. Her red shoes with the heart embellishment added the perfect pop of color that showcased her personality. The entire day was stunning, but of course the blushing bride was just the pinnacle of it all.

Sarah and Graham love the outdoors and hiking. Their big day in the mountains was able to showcase their personality in that way. They brought their pup Nova to the engagement session, and it was the cutest.addition.ever. I cannot believe how blessed I am to get to work with awesome couples like this every week!

Sarah and Graham’s love shows through all of their photos. From snuggling to kissing to just being themselves, you can clearly see that they are super in love and it is an inspiring sight!

So much love for you guys, Sarah and Graham. I wish you the best that the world has to offer, and thanks for allowing us to capture this wonderful day.
