It was an amazing day, the forecast called for rain, possibly snow. However, the only time we had rain was when we were driving from location to location, but it was a lovely day for the couple, surrounded by their best friends and family. There were so many sweet, heart-warming moments and I am excited to share them with you on the blog today!
Their wedding party consisted of a very intimate group of family and friends. Jodie and Duncan hold deep meaningful friendships with people, a lot of people have been their friends since junior high so everyone was very close. It was a pleasure to witness! They had family from all over Vancouver, Montreal, all across Canada that came in for their wedding which was super awesome.

Cornerstone Wedding
Jodie and Duncan are just smitten with each other, they actually met on Bumble, the dating site, and they both swiped right as Jodie would say. Their first date was out in Canmore, so the mountains really mean a lot to them and they spend as much time out there as possible. I cannot say enough of what a beautiful day it was, just the little touches that Jodie put together throughout the day…she handled a lot of stuff for the wedding and it was absolutely superb!
Rocky Mountain Wedding
There truly are so many beautiful locations in the Rocky mountains to take stunning photos, from the Ranch were the ceremony was held to the classic Canmore Train Bridge the possibilities are endless. The cornerstone offers couples an indoor location for both the ceremony and reception if the weather is no lovely and most people love this venue for all the awesome twinkle lights. Jodie and Duncan had their first dance under the twinkle lights at Cornerstone, which I'm sure you'll agree, was super gorgeous. Their wedding party was a blast, you could tell that they’d been friends for a long time. All in all, the whole day was absolutely adorable in every way. If you know them, it's clear they are smitten with each other and are one of the absolute cutest couples in the world. I could not have been happier for the two of them!
